I'm bad at thumbnailing my art and I get the feeling I do it badly and it ain't giving my work proper justice, any tips on how to make it appealing for NG?

But in my latest pieces, it has been hard to decide the thumbnail, because there is many points that draws attention
Usually what I do is just zoom in onto a character's face, or at the focal point of your drawing.

I don't have much idea about art or drawing, but it is always good to put points that draw attention to the drawing, example:
you drew an apple, Of that apple that is in the middle of the drawing
You have 3 points to focus on the thumbnail
The upper corners of the block, so that the corner looks like it is coming out from the opposite side
The top middle part that you can put under the thumbnail to make it look like it's sticking out from below
And the other upper corner doing the same in
Also find balance , One where you see that you can take the center of that image and that it does not get lost anywhere
Example of the apple and you have more fruits around
If the image already has balance in its drawings or photos you can directly put the thumbnails in the middle and focus a little around
